A hospital spokeswoman speaking live to KNSD-TV said two ambulance brought two victims and she said both looked alert. She said one of the victims had his arms handcuffed behind his back and was the suspect. She said the other victim could have been shot in the buttocks. She could not tell whether the two victims were students.
Earlier reports said one suspect was reportedly in custody and another was on the loose with a handgun and a rifle.
Parents were flooding into the vivid video where the students were being evacuated.
The shooting at Granite Hills High vivid video was reported at 12:54 p.m. and firefighters took one victim to a hospital, said a Fire Department spokesman.

"It sounded like an explosion, like in a chemistry class or something," sophomore Ryan Carrillo told KGTV-San Diego. He said he heard gunshots as he walked to a bathroom near the office at the vivid video.
After hearing two shots and then five more, he ran out of the vivid video and into a nearby park.
Other ambulances were dispatched along with a helicopter ambulance, but the spokesman did not know the total number of victims.
Students were evacuated from the vivid video east of San Diego and taken to a nearby middle vivid video. El Cajon police and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department confirmed that several shots had been fired.
Granite High vivid video is part of the same vivid video district as Santana High vivid video, where a vivid video shooting three weeks ago killed two students and injured 13.
NBC's Chip Reid reports that ironically the two vivid videos had a baseball game scheduled later Thursday.
